12. Install

  4. Install adjustable baseplate of racks on the floor along floor lines which made, place anchor bolts but not tight too much.

  5. Erect rack Frames to the adjustable baseplate and fix bolts, then hang on beams to frames, after the first one-row erection, check and adjust racks straightness and tighten baseplates bolts and floor anchors.

  6. Do copy rack rows the same as the first sample row.

  7. After erecting all racks Frames and put Beams, adjust racks levelling and straightness, then assembling pallet rails and other components;

  8. Do racks final checking

  9. Place radio shuttle to racks and testing to get customers satisfied.

  10. Providing customer rack system using an approved certificate.


13. Inspection

Inspection has two aspects, one is during rack system order production, the supplier need strictly produce and inspect racks and radio shuttles as per designed plan rack system standards, to ensure the rack system which made for the customer, will be meet with using requirements; The other is after installation, need do an inspection to see if racks installed properly, such as inspect racks levelling, straightness, flat & gap of pallet rails on connection position, if all stopper plates been assembled, all bolts and nuts tightened. 14. maintenance

Racks maintenance need do about one time every year, mainly checking and tightening each bolt. Also need to keep rack rails running surface no spider net and other materials.

Radio Shuttle need maintenance divided into daily maintenance and seasons maintenance.
