How do loading and unloading goods in drive-in racks?
The drive-in racking system uses corbels to support the goods. Without beams, the forklift can drive into the racks. It is recommended that the height of the shelf should not exceed 7 layers. The goods are stored first in last out, so the drive-in rack is suitable for the storage of goods with a few species and large batches. Because the drive-in racking system doesn't have an aisle, it is the shelf system with the highest space utilization.

When loading goods, the drive-in racks are loaded sequentially from bottom to top along with the innermost position of the tunnel.
The forklift loads the pallet into the corresponding storage location.
The forklift operator put on the pallet on the corbel，unload the load from the forklift.
There should be no contact between the pallet and the shelf during the entire operation.
When stocking, it should be ensured that there is a sufficiently safe distance between adjacent goods.
When the pallet is in contact with the supporting corbel, the storage cage should not slide or pull on the corbel.
Finally, the driver lowered the fork to a low position and drive the forklift away.
Requirements for loading goods on pallets：

Precautions

Lifting the fork to make the pallet loaded with the goods leave the supporting beam and driving a forklift into and out of the shelf, it should be ensured that the fork will not interfere with the adjacent logistics equipment.
Manual loading or unloading of goods also complies with this rule.
