Installation for radio shuttle rack system has following steps:
Clear and empty warehouse area which going to install racks;
Making floor racks lines and confirming lines span dimension as per installation drawing provided by the supplier;
Assembling rack Frames on the ground for certain quantities as per drawing.
Install adjustable baseplate of racks on the floor along floor lines which made, place anchor bolts but not tight too much.
Erect rack Frames to the adjustable baseplate and fix bolts, then hang on beams to frames, after the first one-row erection, check and adjust racks straightness and tighten baseplates bolts and floor anchors.
Do copy rack rows the same as the first sample row.
After erecting all racks Frames and put Beams, adjust racks levelling and straightness, then assembling pallet rails and other components;
Do racks final checking
Place radio shuttle to racks and testing to get customers satisfied.
