Choose the right shuttles


The automotive radio shuttle system, with shuttles (its core component), racks and software, can meet the storage need of different manufacturers who has different size of work bins and pallets. There are two solutions to carrying the stuff. There are mainly two solutions:  

  1. Stock unit centralization. 

  2. Pallet carrying. Palletized products are often large, so forklifts and shuttles are used to carry them.


The pallet of the shuttle

According to the processing steps, the pallets enter from one end and leave from the other. Pallets should be placed at particular intervals.

Pallets can be used in conjunction with stacker cranes to realize fully automatic operations.

Pallets can be used in conjunction with forklifts to perform semiautomatic operations to achieve FIFO and FILO.


The four-way shuttle

The four-way shuttle is an upgraded version of the shuttle, the only one that can move in 4-way direction with functions such as climbing and automatic leveling. Also, the 4-way shuttle can move to other lanes and floors without any human interference.


Choose the right solutions for warehousing storage

ShuttleS can be used in conjunction with stacker cranes, vertical conveyors and PLC automatic control to convey palletized goods vertically. 

The four-way shuttle system is a new invention for dense storage. Denseracks + four-way shuttle system + climbing tracks is proper for racks with 3 or fewer tiers. Dense racks + four-way shuttle system + pallet type vertical conveyor is proper for racks with 3 or more tiers.

When products arrive at and leave the warehouse, WMS receives the information, generates instructions based on different products, and then dispatch the shuttles to carry products to certain positions.

Suttle & stacker crane system 

The mature stacking technology combined with the advanced shuttle is able to work along a deeper lane, hence fewer stack cranes are needed.

FIFO can be achieved.


Advantages of the system: the utilization ratio of storage space is 30% higher than lane stacking; the cost is relatively lower; the storage solution and warehouse layout can change flexibly. Unmanned warehouse operation with automatic data backup to ensure consistency of accounts and materials is achieved by WMS and WCS.


Combined vehicles storage system

The longitudinal movement shuttle, the transverse movement shuttle and the vertical movement conveyor are the core components of the combined vehicles storage system.

One click on the "modular combination of individual machines" enables the receipt of inventory into the warehouse and its shipment out.

The whole system can be controlled through WMS and WCS software.

Fully automatic and unmanned 24-hour operation is possible. And the shuttle can switch between tiers, greatly increasing the flexibility of the system.

The three directions of motion are completely independent, allowing for maximum optimization of the system.
